About Rosarium Health

Our Vision: Making the world accessible. Always.

Most people want to remain in their own homes and communities for as long as possible. A single fall or developing health condition, however, can change their story.

Our mission at Rosarium Health is to connect communities, care providers, and builders to address the built environment, and make every home safe and accessible in a way that is quick, easy, and affordable.

The Rosarium Health Story:

In 2020, Rosarium Health co-founder Cameron Carter learned that his aunt had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and his family was immediately confronted with the task of helping to make her home more accessible.

During the height of the pandemic, it was challenging to find a remodeling contractor that wasn’t booked out for months. Cameron also tried working with her insurance provider, but even then, his aunt faced a 5-6 month wait. To help her get the accessible ramp she needed, Cameron and his cousin took matters into their own hands.

After this experience, Cameron realized that there were likely many other people in communities like his aunt’s in Compton, CA, who might struggle to get the help they need for home modifications. Seeing first-hand the shortfalls and fragmentation in the healthcare system around accessibility needs could adversely impact countless other communities around the country and the world, planted the seed for the creation of Rosarium Health.

Imagining a New Future:

What if …

  • Physicians and other healthcare providers could connect their patients directly with independent clinicians and contractors to quickly solve in-home accessibility problems?
  • Residents and family members (wherever they live) could make one call to start the home modification process, with confidence that vetted and licensed professionals will respond and handle the project from start to finish?
  • Necessary home modifications could be completed in less than 2 months, rather than the 5-month timeframe that is common among Managed Medicaid members?
  • All reports, payments, and health plan reimbursements could be made through a single, easy-to-use platform?
  • Older adults could plan to remain in their communities, living safely, comfortably, and affordably in their own homes?

Today, Rosarium Health’s rapidly expanding network serves individuals, clinicians, and building contractors in communities across a growing number of states, with more than 2,000 clinicians and contractors on call to complete home assessments and home accessibility modifications.

Our Services:

Health Plans and ACOs

Rosarium offers an integrated network of independent clinicians and home remodeling contractors who work together to prepare your members’ homes for their safe return.

Assigned through the Rosarium platform, a clinician quickly assesses a member’s home environment and prescribes modifications to ensure safety and accessibility. Network contractors then submit estimates and the member or family member selects a contractor to move forward with the project.

To ensure accountability, transparency, and efficiency, all communications and documentation (reports, estimates, contracts, invoices, reimbursements, etc.) transact through the Rosarium platform.

Rosarium can partner as both a supplemental benefit and ancillary provider, with incentives aligned to drive quality performance and improve clinical outcomes.

Individuals, Families, and Caregivers

Rosarium’s network offers a secure marketplace of vetted providers – clinicians and licensed home remodeling companies – to households in need of accessible home modifications. Our end-to-end platform is easy to use and keeps all records and communications in one place. We provide benefit navigation support and digital payment options.

Clinicians and Home Remodeling Contractors

When clinicians and contractors join the Rosarium Health network, they can build their businesses with access to professional, high-value referrals. The Rosarium platform simplifies communication and project documentation and provides digital payment options.
