Contractor Overview and FAQs

Introduction

  • Rosarium provides a network of qualified contractors to insurance companies and other organizations that offer funding for a home modification benefit
  • Rosarium manages all administrative functions from initiation of the bid through payment, reducing the burden on contractors, that includes the following:
    • Request for services
    • Bid process
    • Coordination of services between the contractor and the resident
    • Payment to contractor
  • To join the network the contractor must complete the following steps:
    • Submit an application with the required documents
    • Successfully pass the credentialing process
    • Sign a contract
    • Activate account on Rosarium Platform

General

  • Where does Rosarium Health provide services?
    • Currently, most of our business is in California
    • We are expanding our network to other states in anticipation of new business and to support requests for services outside of California
  • How much does it cost to participate in the Rosarium Health Network?
    • There is no cost to join the Rosarium network
    • There is a lead fee only if the contractor is selected and accepts the job
    • The lead fee will be based on the size of the job
    • Rosarium is required to obtain two bids for most jobs
    • The contractor is not required to accept a lead, but we ask for a response within 2 business days if the lead is declined

Bid Process

  1. The contractor will receive a new job request from Rosarium
    1. If the request is declined, no further action is required
  2. Upon acceptance of the request, the resident should be contacted directly within 5 business days to schedule a property visit (if required)
    1. Rosarium will notify the resident that a contractor will be calling them
    2. If unable to reach the resident, with a minimum of 3 attempts within 5 business days, notify Rosarium directly
    3. Rosarium will follow up with the resident and notify contractor of next steps
  3. When all information has been collected to prepare the bid, login to the Rosarium Health platform and enter the bid information
    1. When submitting a bid, the preliminary lead fee will be displayed
      1. If not all items in the bid are approved the lead fee may be adjusted

Project Approval

  1. Rosarium will notify contractor that has been selected for the job
    1. The contractor not selected for the job will be notified
  2. Rosarium will contact the resident to inform them that the job has been approved and provide the name of the selected contractor
  3. The contractor is required to provide before and after pictures of the job

Service Delivery

  1. Contractor will contact the resident to schedule a start date within 5 business days of approval.
    1. If unable to reach the resident, with a minimum of 3 attempts within 5 business days, notify Rosarium directly
    2. Rosarium will follow up with the resident and notify contractor of next steps
  2. The contractor will only be paid for the work outlined in the bid
    1. If an unforeseen issue occurs that impacts the ability to complete the approved modifications within the bid, notify Rosarium immediately and provide the supporting information in writing
    2. Rosarium will review and if appropriate request approval for additional services
    3. The contractor will be promptly notified of the outcome

Payment For Services

  1. Once the job is complete, the contractor will notify Rosarium
  2. Rosarium will ensure that all the required documents have be received
    1. Before and after photos
    2. Sign-off from resident
  3. Payment will be initiated to contractor
    1. The lead fee will be deducted from the payment
    2. Payment will be made via direct deposit within 14 business days following job completion approval
