Named in honor of founder Cameron’s Grandma Rose, Rosarium was built to turn what one family had to solve through sheer grit into a single phone call and a seamless process to make the home of their loved one safe and accessible.

Rosarium Health is a national home modification provider operating across 32 states. We partner with Medicaid MCO’s, Medicare Advantage Plans, D‑SNP, CalAIM and CMS GUIDE Model participants to help their Members receive medically necessary services in weeks, not months.

When founder Cameron Carter realized his grandmother Rose needed home modifications, the family stepped in to make the renovations themselves. When he saw the immense burden his family endured making the home accessible and safe, he thought about all the families who were in the same situation and unaware of how to navigate the system and access home modification benefits.

Meet Cameron Carter
Cameron Carter started Rosarium because he kept seeing the same thing: families in the hardest stretch of caregiving, running into a system that had the right benefit and the wrong infrastructure to deliver it. Not only a struggle for the families, but also for clinicians who wanted to do more for their patients and had nowhere to send them.
An expanding network
His mission to bridge this operational gap started in California, through the Texas Medical Center accelerator. What started in just one state now spans 32 and counting, with active health plan contracts, a credentialed clinical network, and a 91% referral conversion rate on platform. The success didn’t come from high-budget marketing campaigns or memorable slogans, but from real success stories, genuine results, and a team that truly cares at every step of the process.

Despite the growth, the original goal has never wavered and Cameron is still as passionate as ever about supporting people to live safely at home. With a trusted team and an expansive network, Rosarium has already helped thousands of people age-at-home and find freedom in the space they feel most comfortable.
Where we operate
We are active across 32 states and expanding. Our highest-density markets are currently in California, where we hold the largest organized Medicaid home modification network in the state.
Our 2026 expansion priorities are New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and North Carolina — states where Medicaid HCBS waivers, DSNP benefit structures, and hospital referral infrastructure align with our delivery model.

Mike Johnson
CTO and Co-founder
Mike Johnson is an engineering leader focused on building technology that solves complex, real-world problems. At Rosarium Health, he leads the development of the technology and infrastructure that powers the company’s mission to make aging in place and home-based care more accessible, efficient and scalable.
Prior to joining Rosarium, Mike served as Director of Engineering at Vinovest, where he led infrastructure modernization and oversaw the development of a global inventory management platform supporting more than $100 million in assets. Throughout his career, he has held engineering leadership roles at Vinovest, Vestiaire Collective, Tradesy, Evite and TrueCar, leading large-scale platform migrations, improving system performance and building products that support millions of users. Mike brings a hands-on leadership style and a passion for building exceptional engineering teams.

Lisa Lyons
Chief Clinical Officer
Lisa Lyons is the Chief Clinical Officer at Rosarium Health, where she leads the company’s clinical strategy, care delivery operations and national provider network. Since joining Rosarium in its early stages, she has helped build the clinical and operational foundation behind the company’s innovative model for delivering home based care.
Lisa brings more than three decades of healthcare leadership experience across Medicare, Medicaid and dual-eligible populations. Before joining Rosarium, she held senior leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, BioScrip and Prime Therapeutics, where she led large-scale clinical programs focused on improving patient outcomes, advancing value-based care and strengthening partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. She began her career as a Pediatric Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner, helping medically fragile children transition safely from hospitals to their homes through Medicaid-supported programs. That experience continues to shape her belief that the home is one of the most powerful settings for delivering better care, improving quality of life and creating a more sustainable healthcare system.
